An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts, comfortable bed and a great overall atmosphere all in the most perfect location. I most definitely highly recommend and I personally look forward to staying again. Take my word for it and just book it in and you will love it too. Beautiful

I chose Brezza Bella because of it's convenience to Beaches Hotel where I was attending a function. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Bob called me that morning to make sure that I had the address and I knew how to get there. When I arrived, he showed me through the room and gave me all info that I would need, including how to get to the Beaches Hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. It was immaculately clean and so perfectly presented. The next morning I met Christine during my checking out process. She was lovely and so easy to get on with. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this B & B. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful suburb.

Beach Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Brezza Bella. The accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. The owners were helpful and happy to answer any inquiries with good advice about the area. The breakfast was excellent. A selection of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and croissants.

GREAT LOCATION

We had a lovely mini break at Bezza B & B. The location near the beach was perfect and the wonderful hosts Christine & Bob made our stay even better than we hoped for. Our room was perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean even for my fussy standards! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I thoroughly recommend Bezza B & B and will be looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I stayed here a few months back. We were as bit reluctant as we'd never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and now we're reluctant to try another one because we doubt any other could be as wonderful as this was. Bob and Christine were absolutely wonderful hosts. So unbelievably warm and accommodating, it felt more like staying with family than anything else. We've stayed at a lot of different places but this one stands out like none other.

Great B&B in beautiful suburb

I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in Newcastle! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay a bit out of the CBD or wants more space than a hotel. And Merewether is a beautiful suburb to stay in too. The rooms here are beautiful. It's very spacious, the bed is king sized, the bathroom is great too. There is also a nice courtyard out front if you wanted to read or chill out in it. The breakfast is a good start to the day and the hosts are very friendly and helpful finding your bearings in Newcastle and making you feel at home. It's a really nice setting for singles or couples in Newcastle. There's plenty to do nearby for a few days. Merewether beach and the baths are great for swimming. If you're a runner, you can run to Merewether beach and up to the headland, even on to Nobby's beach if you're crazy enough. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Merewether Surhouse for a cafe, sit down meal or drinks - it's great! The Junction and Darby Street (about a 10 minute drive) are good for cafes and restaurants. You can shop or go to the movies at Kotara Westfield if the weather is bad (10 minute drive). I didn't get to Glenrock for bushwalking due to weather, but apparently that's nice (15 minute drive).

EXCEPTIONAL

This is an exceptional B&B. The room (upstairs) was beautifully fitted out and the hosts were very welcoming. The location is perfect as a base for sightseeing in Newcastle. The breakfast was amazing fresh croissants, fruit and cereals along with dried fruits. This is definitely the place to stay in Newcastle

Beautiful accommodation fantastic hosts

We stayed in the Tuscan room it was fabulous Bob and Christine were fantastic hosts and very attentive. If you like quality,cleanliness and friendliness this is the place to stay. It is a short walk from the beach and a bit of longer to the junction which has shops and restaurants. I hope that if I return to this part of Australia breeza Bella will have vacancies.

THE best B & B

This is by far the best B& B we have stayed in during our travels across regional Australia. A great location only 5 minutes walk to the Ocean at Merewether. A very clean, large and functional room with excellent hosts who have taken great time to present a lovely B& B. Highly recommended and we are certain to stay again in the future.

Very nice room 4 an overnight stay, ~700m to beach

Loved the styling of the room. The linen is superb, the bathroom consumables were good quality. Continental Breakfast very well presented. Very friendly Hosts.

Comfortable stay @ Newcastle

This was my first stay at Brezza Bella. I found this place quite neat and comfortable. Owners were very accommodative and friendly. The only issue I had was with locating this property, however, if you give a call to the property they can easily guide you.
