Huge and new second floor with 1.5 baths ,on same floor and another full bath on third floor .kitchen dining, living , very sunny and airy , all new windows except the front windows . great for work group , each person will have complete privacy because the building is 70 feet long and 25 feet wide. Phone conversation will be private if each person is on the opposite side of the apartment . must see before you decide on other apartment .
Please note that there is an additional full bath this will make it 2.5 baths.
Note : sometimes music can be heard late in the night from the outside . Most times it’s absolutely quiet because there are no neighbors directly across the street . It’s has a children’s park and a large church under renovation . Great place for your buck . If clean is your thing as it is for us - then this is it .

We sanitized and wash with hot water - heat dry linen and towels
No pets - if we must allow pets there will be a deposit of $1000. And extra for pet cleaning depending on the length of stay . Must be flea free , odor Free .
Pets are not allowed on beds , furniture or anything fabric .
