„The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The entire experience was above what you would expect for a relatively cheap three star hotel.“

„It was clean and comfortable, they also supplied the towels and a very nice welcome pack. I would recommend this property to anyone holidaying in the area, we will certainly book sykes cottages again in the future.“

„The owners have thought of everything and more! The kitchen was beautifully fitted and kitted out, the bed we used was very comfortable, and the towels luxurious. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. I had a question when we arrived, and the owner responded immediately. Our new favorite place!“

„I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars.

„It was a very nice stay. Food was nice and staff very friendly. We will come back 👍“

„The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night“
