„Great location for a fun and relaxing weekend at the lake! The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating options, including the dock, sundeck, fire pit, and screened porch. Kayaks and a boat were available for use, although we did not use them this time. Rebooking the house for a fall getaway and looking forward to staying again!“

Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. Cute local small towns to explore and Dreher Island park great for a hike.“

„We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! “

„I stayed here with my family and had an awesome time! We were so impressed by the amount of things that were supplied for us. There was as so much to do. The covered deck and completely fenced in yard is amazing. The location was awesome as well. We loved fishing off the dock and taking out the kayaks. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We definitely plan on coming back! “

„A group of girlfriends and I recently stayed here and loved it! The house is very charming and well maintained. Beautiful views of the water, the backyard fire pit, and hammock were our favorite. Location is quite far from most things, so be prepared to drive, but we loved it and hope to book again for next summer! “

The property listing isn’t intentionally misleading but there things you don’t see in the description and pictures. It is a lake house and has an old lake house feel.
