„ESA in Elmsford is a great place to stay if you need long term accomodations. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, they provide kitchen utensils on request only which gave me the impression that they really care. Staff in particular was very helpful and friendly. The location is convienient with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Although located near major highways, it is quiet. Will go there again when having business in Elmsford.“

„The desk staff were probably the best of any hotel I've ever been at. We had some issue with noisy children in the adjoining room on our first night and I called down and the person at the desk took care of it and the noise stopped minutes later. When it started again in the morning I went down to the front desk and without question, and a gracious smile, we were offered a new room that was quite quiet. For the price, this was a great stay. For triple the price, I would have wanted a hotel ...
