The space
Welcome to this sun-drenched, south-facing Park Slope condo, a quiet and light-filled retreat with soaring high ceilings and an incredible amount of natural light year-round.

The full kitchen is a cook's dream. As a former chef, I've stocked it with every tool you could want, plus a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, and a pourover coffee station. Blender, food processer, Instant Pot, dutch oven, sheet pans, All-Clad pans, stand mixer, toaster, tortilla press and ice cream machine all available for use.

The south-facing windows are fitted with automated blackout shades, and the living space includes a TV with WiFi and a PlayStation 5. The condo has AC window units and Ecobee-controlled internal heating to keep you comfortable in any season.

The adjoining office works beautifully as a flexible second sleeping space, with a very comfortable queen-size West Elm pullout sofa and full bedding sets provided. It also doubles as a home office, featuring an Uplift standing desk and Hermann Miller chair with a monitor setup you're welcome to use. Dressers and closets offer plenty of storage.

The full bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, Jacuzzi tub, a high-pressure shower, and ample storage.

Upstairs, the lofted bedroom is gorgeously lit by skylights that open for fresh air and close with wall-controlled shades. You'll find a queen bed with an exceptionally comfortable DreamCloud mattress, a record player for unwinding, a washer/dryer unit, and a small desk for a second workspace. A blackout shade covers the adjacent balcony door, and the private balcony is yours to enjoy. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful up here.

This is a bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped home base for exploring Brooklyn or simply relaxing in one of the city's best neighborhoods.
