Cozy Extra Large Private Master Bedroom

This VERY large cozy Master Bedroom is located on the top floor of a 2 family private house and is equipped with a private full bathroom, closet, and chest cabinet space. A work table and a queen-size bed. The room is on the top floor , there are two other rooms on the main floor where two other house mate lives . You share the kitchen with the other housemate(s), but that's about it. There is a TV but no cable connection . Chromecast is the best option.
The space
This space is great for any professional or student looking for an extended stay in NYC . It is located 3 blocks from the C and J trains, which will get you to Manhattan in 25 minutes . Laundromats , supermarkets , eateries , and pharmacies are all within a blocks walk . This is a diverse, family-friendly neighborhood . Libraries and parks are all within 3 blocks as well.
Guest access
The guests have access to the Master bedroom , and the kitchen downstairs . Please no hanging in the downstairs living room on the couch. Or outside on the front porch.

Please NO smoking inside the house or outside , on the front porch or by the gate or in front of the house. No where on the property. Thank You
During your stay
I will be available at any time to answer and handle all questions and issues .
Other things to note
We ask that everyone is respectful to others' space and time. So, for instance , there will be multiple people using the kitchen . We ask that no one use the kitchen while cooking for long periods of time.

If you need to cook a meal, kindly prepare it in a timely manner considering others may need to use the kitchen after you.

This also means cleaning every dish and utensil used immediately once used. The refrigerator will have a section that you can use to store foods.

We ask that no one uses multiple shelves and takes up too much space in the refrigerator . Everyone needs to have a little space so we all can live comfortably .

There is no air conditioning available. In the warm months, fans will be provided. If an air conditioner is requested, an additional charge of $50 per month will apply
