Brooklyn stylish studio apartment!

Welcome to our brownstone Madison Guesthouse. This is a licensed Guesthouse legally renting short term in NYC.

The studio apartment is in a classic New York brownstone located in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods Brooklyn has to offer. This is a private studio with high ceilings,a lot of natural light and in a great location only 12min train ride from downtown Manhattan and most of Brooklyn's coolest attractions are just a few minutes away from the house. @galeguesthouses

The studio apartment is on the 1st floor of our beautiful 19th Century extremely well maintained brownstone.
Very spacious with high ceilings,large windows and original details such as a fireplace. It has its own private entrance and guests get a set of keys. There’s also a shared deck on our backyard you are welcome to use.

We provide our guests
~1 set of towels per guest
~1 set of bedding
For stays longer than 7 days we offer light housekeeping and fresh towels/bedding.

**Additional towels for stay shorter than 7 days available upon request.

The kitchenette is perfect for breakfast,storing snacks and drinks and preparing small meals if you don't feel like eating out.

The bathroom is immaculate free of mildew and routinely sanitized.
For your grooming need the following items are offered:
~liquid soap
~shampoo & conditioner
~hairdryer

The building is centrally heated and maintained at 72°F. Each radiator has its own control knob on the left side, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your comfort.

-Our standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Depending on our cleaners’ availability and schedule, we may be able to offer an early check-in (as early as 1:00 PM) or a late check-out (as late as 12:00 PM). These options can only be confirmed one day prior to arrival or departure, and when available, the fee is $25.

Please note: There is no designated secure area for luggage storage on the property, so we are unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs either before check-in or after checkout.
-This studio apartment is spacious for NYC standards but not really so spacious for many other places in the world!
-There’s only one open room with the bedroom area, kitchenette and dining area.
- The apartment is on the 1st floor of a WALK-UP building, so there’s no elevator and there are one floor up of stairs.
- This is an apartment building in NYC where other tenants also live here and there’s sometimes noise on the street or ambulances/police cars or loud music. As New Yorkers ourselves we find this neighborhood to be a very quiet one but still it’s NYC!
-We only have window A/C units between May-September and central heating set at 72 degrees the rest of the months.
- This is a 200 hundred years old house and you can tell. Our hardwood floors creak. Guess is part of the charm?!
-We try our best to provide you with anything you might need but if there’s something additional you need please feel free to reach out. Again, we really want you to have the best time here!
