2 Bedroom in Cozy Brooklyn Private Duplex

Good day , my name is Johari, and welcome to my 3 bedroom Brooklyn duplex.
The house includes a very large master bedroom on the top floor, which has a private bathroom and large walk in closet.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor, along with a full bathroom , full kitchen, and a large living room .

There is a backyard that is currently off limits. There maybe times the yard has to be accessible, such as to do landscaping or to access cable or internet TV wiring .
The space
This 3 bedroom duplex is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 that are looking for a comfy place, or maybe while in transition to finding a permanent house.

It's a quiet neighborhood, and the house is the same way .

I live in the apartment below, and I make sure to keep a very clean , quiet, and respectable living space for all .
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment with the exception of the backyard , laundry/boiler room and the front yard.
Other things to note
The laundry room is not available currently. This is due to constant misuse and to avoid any further issues with
equipment breaking.

The backyard is off limits. There will be times it will need to be accessible to me.
Such times include landscaping and / or checking the electric or cable wiring.

The front yard is also
off limits for hanging out, sitting, smoking, etc.
