„"I had a great experience staying at hotel in Varanasi. The rooms was spacious, clean, and had all basic amenities. The air conditioner and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. The location is ideal - peaceful, yet easily accessible from the ghats and temple area. The interior property was well maintained and hygienic. I will definitely stay here again. “

„I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm unfortunately a lot of girls from diffrent rooms (they have their own bathrooms) used our bathroom. they had to walk trough our room to the balcony where the bathroom is located even in the night. They always let the door to the balcony open so many mosquitos came in. The main door of our rooms can't be really closed (2 wing door). So you hear all the noise from the rooftop/ common area with the loud music. Location is great. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. “

„Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast.“

„Frühstück war mehr als einfach- erst am letzten Tag bevor die Chefin mich zwecks Bewertung sprechen wollte wurde eine Auswahl präsentiert, auf Anfrage bekam man was man wollte. Dachterrasse ist Wäschestation der Angestellten, Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft nicht gewechselt. Die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig laut da direkt an der Straße und die Fenster sehr schlecht. Total überteuert und nicht ansprechend insgesamt.“

„On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad. ...

„The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.“
