„Fantastic place, nice and clean. Easy access to food and bar. Very quite. Highly recommend. (only one suggestion, maybe provide slippers. Wooden floor is a bit to walk around bare foot) “

„The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. “

„The location was perfect for me. The unit was really nice, reminded me of a hotel I stayed at once in NYC. Hostess is supper friendly, quick to respond and was able to accommodate a little request I had. Would stay again. “

„Excellent accommodations. Spotlessly clean and modern. Every possible amenity is there. Advertised as a basement unit but actually only 6 steps down with huge LR window. Communication with the host and checkin were very clear with excellent security codes on 2 doors. Would definitely book this again on another visit.“
