„Es war brütend heiss (49° C.) an diesem Tag auf dem Weg nach Broken Hill. So waren wir froh, dass wir den Pool nutzen und die Klimaanlage anschalten konnten. Das Zimmer war sehr gross! Es hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Einzig die dunklen Teppiche gefielen uns nicht, aber wir mögen diese Art von Bodenbelag ganz allgemein nicht. Leider war der WLAN-Empfang in unserer Ecke ziemlich schwach. Vielleicht lag es tatsächlich an der Hitze, wie die freundliche Dame Liz am Empfang meinte.“
„A really memorable stay and such a unique experience. The underground accommodation was very clean, with no unpleasant smell at all. We visited in winter and were surprised by how warm and comfortable it was inside.
The location is a little difficult to find at first, but the host was very helpful and contacted us beforehand, sending a video with clear directions, so we were able to find it without too much trouble.

„First of all. On arrival mid afternoon the reception was locked. No clear sign of what to do. I phoned the number on the door and it didn’t work. Then phoned the number that said ‘emergency/after hours’. The gentleman who answered was helpful and efficient. But if left unattended, there should be clear instructions. Very basic accommodation. „The vent in shower was dirty, the sink tap was not attached to the sink, light in toilet flicked several time before coming on, light in main area wasn’t the best..electrical issues. The unit needs some maintenance.“

„War leider nur eine Nacht hier, aber die war sehr gut. Große, gemütliche Räume, alles sehr sauber und neu. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider habe ich den Service nicht komplett in Anspruchnehmen können, aber es gibt einen Pool und einen Grillplatz. Die Umgebung ist gut für Broken Hill, man ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten an der Einkaufsstrasse..“
