As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Coastal Dream is a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury pool home with breathtaking views of the ocean! Perfectly located, this home is only seconds from the white sand beach and everything that New Smyrna Beach, Florida has to offer. Only 350 feet to the beach! In addition to having the beach right in your backyard, there is also a private pool, comfortable pool furniture, covered patio space, and a fenced-in tropical oasis with a gas bar-b-que grill. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for family reunions or multiple families traveling together.

The Coastal Dream offers 3-levels of luxury living. With over 4,000 sqft of living space, the Coastal Dream offers plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy time together and provides enough space to spread out. This fabulous home features an elevator, tile floors throughout, smart TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom, designer bedding, high thread count sheets, luxury bath towels, WiFi, cable, 2 full-size washer/dryers, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation getaway.

The first level offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a full-size washer/dryer. This space can be rented separately during our off-season months. The living room features a leather twin sofa sleeper, a 75" smart TV, and sliders to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. All your cooking essentials are provided and include a crockpot, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, specialty dishes, serving platters, roasting pans, and blender. For those traveling with children, a high chair is provided. The kitchen island provides seating for 4 guests. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50" smart TV, and sliders to the pool area. The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed, sofa sleeper, and smart TV. The full bath, located outside both bedrooms, features a walk-in shower.

As you walk up the stairs to the 2nd level, there is a large den with a cozy sectional, a 50" smart TV, built-in shelving with a pantry, microwave, sink, counter space, and small refrigerator. The 3rd bedroom features a queen-size bed, a 50" smart TV, armoire, and access to a Jack-n-Jill full bath. Please note this room does not have a closet. The ocean-view 4th bedroom features a queen-size bed, a 50" smart TV, an armoire (no closet), sliders to the ocean-view balcony, and access to the Jack-n-Jill full bath. This bath features dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Wake up every morning with views of the tranquil Atlantic Ocean from one of two master suites. The spacious 5th bedroom features a queen-size bed, a 50" smart TV, and an ensuite bath with an enormous walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. Step out the sliders onto the oversized balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean. With plenty of comfortable seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends. This level also features a full-size washer/dryer.

As you walk up the stairs to the 3rd level, you are greeted by the coffee bar with everything you'll need to make your perfect cup of Joe! This level offers wonderful ocean views from almost every room. The luxury, fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space for families that enjoy gathering in the kitchen. Granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances are featured and include a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice/water dispenser. There is a large island that allows for additional counter space and seating for up to 4 guests. Enjoy meals around the dining table, with seating up to 8 guests, as you take in the views. Sit back and relax after a day at the beach in the comfortable ocean-view living room. There is a 75" smart TV and a large leather wrap-around sofa with recliners to kick up your feet. Nearby is the wet bar with a mini double frig and sink, perfect for making your favorite island cocktail.

Whether you're looking for a quiet space, quality time with family, or good times with friends, you are sure to enjoy the 3rd level balcony. This balcony offers spectacular views of the ocean and a high-top table with seating for 4. The 2nd master suite, and 6th bedroom, feature sliders to the balcony, a king-size bed, a 50" smart TV, and an ensuite bath featuring dual sinks, a bidet, hair dryer, and a walk-in shower. Please note that the owners lock off the closet for personal use. Hanging space and clothes storage will be provided. All linens and beach towels are supplied. A high chair and portable crib are also provided.

Parking: The Coastal Dream offers parking for one vehicle in the garage and plenty of parking for additional guests. Please note that the owner leaves a golf cart in the garage which is not permitted for guest use.

Entertainment: This home offers WiFi, cable, and streaming services (must use your personal login). Books, board games, and toys are also provided.

Holiday Note: he owner enjoys celebrating the seasons and decorates the home beautifully for major holidays throughout the year. Guests visiting during these times will find festive touches and warm, welcoming décor that add to the charm and character of this beautiful home.

Rent Separately: This home may be rented separately during the off-season months. The 1st level can be locked off and rented as a 2-bedroom with 1 bath, and the 2nd and 3rd levels can be locked off to make a 4-bedroom with 3.5 baths. Please contact our office for further details.

Surveillance Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests and property, please be advised that this home is equipped with Ring surveillance cameras. These include a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, a Ring camera monitoring the exterior of the home, and a Ring camera overlooking the pool area. All cameras are positioned to monitor exterior activity only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
