Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. „Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The basement bedroom was on the cool side. but the outside temperature dropped 40 degrees in the time we were there. We plan on booking again for our next visit to River Falls. “
