The park will not accept same sex parties or work groups under any circumstance.

Please note: There will be no facilities open between 21st February- 25th March 2022 and 1st November- 20th December 2022.

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options and laundrette services they will remain available.

It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles from your accommodation. Only dedicated charging points may be used for charging your vehicle.

The indoor pool is closed from November - 1st March. The outdoor pool is closed from September 1st - Whitsun.

As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.

Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.
