Like many areas of New Orleans, the neighborhood is undergoing some renovations just like this house did. Some homes have been completely restored and others are awaiting their salvation! While some spots in the area may look a little rough, we've never experienced any safety issues here and our neighbors are wonderful people!

Sleeping arrangements
The lower unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with soft linens and inviting beds to ensure restful nights after lively days exploring the city. The single bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, quality toiletries, and plenty of hot water for a relaxing soak.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to evening cocktails. You’ll find all the essentials for cooking, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and a dining table make it easy to enjoy meals at home, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a festive dinner.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private fenced backyard oasis, a rare find in the heart of New Orleans.
