It sits between beautiful Esplanade Ave. and St. Bernard Ave. and has close proximity to the French Quarter, Interstate 10, local restaurants, and coffee shops. It is a very convenient location and only takes about 10 minutes or less to get to most places in the city.

This home is all free 24-hour street parking, you should have no problem getting a spot right out front.
