If you`re looking for the perfect NOLA spot, our home is the perfect place for you! The home features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining table, living room, game room, laundry room with washer & dryer, and 2.5 baths!
Step into the heart of the home in this beautifully designed first-floor space where you`ll find the living room, kitchen, and game room.
Inside the kitchen, you`ll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook a wonderful meal with friends and family! (If by chance you do, please let us know how it came out - we`re foodies!)
The living room is furnished with a smart, flat-screen TV so feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you`re subscribed to.
The game room features a Billiards table,, telescope, and plenty of board games for family fun!
The upstairs is where you`ll find the bedrooms to rest after enjoying the city. Both bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms. The Master suite has a King bed with a nice desk for those that need to knock out some work. In the second suite, you`ll find two full beds. The home can comfortably sleep 6 between the two full beds and one King.
Additionally, upstairs is the laundry room where you`ll find (you guessed it!) the washer and dryer. But, more importantly, for those parents traveling with infants or toddlers, we have a brand new Pack-n-play because, well, we`re parents and get it :)

Your stay is completely private, but there is a shared wall between our home and the house you`ll be staying in (townhome-style). Guests will have access to the entire backyard during their stay. We totally respect your privacy and won’t intrude—but we’re here if you need recommendations, assistance, or a friendly local tip!
The driveway splits into two: one side for your stay and one side for our home. Guests will have full access to the driveway for the rental which can fit 3 standard size vehicles.
We are very proud of our Super Host achievement and strive to make every single stay pleasant for our guests. We communicate directly with guests through the app and try to respond within a few minutes to any questions or comment.
Smart TVs are located in the living room, game room, and Master suite. You will need to bring your (or a family member`s) login info for the TV streaming subscriptions. The house is NOT wheelchair accessible. There are 5 steps leading up to the front door. There is a shared wall between Casa Magnolia (your stay) and our home. _______________________________________________________________ Guests acknowledge and agree that the use of the treadmill and any other exercise equipment provided on the property is entirely at their own risk. By using the exercise equipment, guests accept full responsibility for their personal safety and agree to release the owners from any claims arising from its use. _______________________________________________________________ In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with multiple exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. They are for your safety and are only activated with motion. _______________________________________________________________ Two night minimum. Extended stays are welcome! _______________________________________________________________ NO PETS ALLOWED _______________________________________________________________ Trash and recycling pick-up is on Monday. We are excited to have you and welcome you to our home. - Please be respectful of loud noise after 9PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekend - Home is NON- SMOKING. Additional cleaning fees of $400 will be applied for smoking inside the home to remove stains and odor damages. -The thermostat is on a set schedule of 71-73*. Please reach out to us if the house is uncomfortable and we`ll be happy to adjust. - There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, please wash your dishes during your stay. - NO Pets Allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fee in addition to any damages caused by the animal. - Park in the driveway on the left side or park on the street. DO NOT block access to driveway. - Please dispose of house trash to the can in the driveway. Trash pick up day is on Monday. Please place bin by the street on Sunday if your stay overlaps. - Please return all game and craft pieces to their respectful areas/boxes - Upon checkout, please strip beds of used linens place all dirty linens on room floor (but please DO NOT remove mattress protectors). Dirty towels can be placed on the laundry room floor. - If there are complaints from neighbors for inappropriate behavior and/or authorities are involved for inappropriate behavior, you may be asked to leave, without refund. - The home sleeps 6 guests. Any further approved guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per head per day of stay. - Day guests are allowed with prior approval. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are to be at the home at any point without prior approval. Any unpermitted guests will be charged to the booking guest at $200 per head per day. Please note that infants and children of all ages are considered guests and included in the head count. - EVENTS are PROHIBITED on the property unless previously discussed and approved with owner. - CHECKOUT TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED, as the cleaning crew needs appropriate time to prepare for the following guests. Should you require late checkout, you must contact host to ensure availability. Late checkout fees assessed every 15 minutes past checkout time at $25 per 15 minutes to prevent cleaning backlog.
