This downtown condo puts you right at the pulse of it all, where a full day of exploring the French Quarter gives way to a comfortable, well-appointed retreat that's entirely your own.

Living space
Natural light moves through the living area, catching the detail of curated artwork and clean finishes. Settle into the sofa with the Smart TV and pull up your streaming accounts, or spread out at the dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi when you need to stay on top of things. The layout is calm and uncluttered - a quiet counterpoint to the energy waiting just outside.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is built around a king-size bed dressed in plush linens, with room-darkening shades pulling the room into deep, uninterrupted sleep - useful whether you've been up late on Bourbon Street or just need a slow morning. Ample clothing storage and hangers keep everything organized throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking or easy meal prep. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a coffee maker with coffee provided. The dining table seats you comfortably for meals in, and the whole setup makes it easy to start the day without rushing out.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, along with cleaning products and an iron so you're always set.

Rooftop gym & patio
Take the elevator up to the rooftop gym for a morning workout with the city spread out below you, then step out onto the patio where outdoor furniture invites you to linger with a drink as the sun drops behind the skyline. It's one of the better ways to start or end a day in New Orleans.

Family & extras
Traveling with a little one? A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available, along with babysitter recommendations if you'd like an evening out on your own.

Practical details
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy at any hour. The building has elevator access, air conditioning, heating, and a private entrance. Safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Paid parking is available off premises.

Walk out the front door and Canal Street dining, Bourbon Street nightlife, and the French Quarter are all within easy reach. New Orleans is one of those cities that rewards wandering - and from here, you're already in the middle of it.
