Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will immediately walk past the first bathroom which is followed by the laundry room. Proceed down the entryway to enter the living room which is attached to the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen will be the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom. To the left of the kitchen will be the patio/balcony area that overlooks the pool and fitness center.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. The food scene here is mixed with trendy spots and locally founded, casual digs - take your pick. Explore the St. Claude Arts District, Crescent Park on the riverfront, and more.

Just about as good as it gets!

I am allergic to mold dust and pollen, so finding somewhere safe in NOLA is a challenge.This room lived up to my expectations.Staff spent a lot of time answering my questions, and cofirming this was a good place for me.4 on cleanliness because people have really scuffed up the walls and I thought that might bother others.

The condo was well taken care of, clean and all necessitiey provided. A really nice place.The garage parking would have been fine except our assigined space was flooded. However there was a handicap space available that worked out great.

Excellent Stay

My 20 year old son and I spent a long weekend in New Orleans for spring break. We found this one-bedroom condo, which was a short (10 min) drive from the French Quarter and other attractions. Check-in was seamless, and the condo was very clean and well appointed.

Great place walkable to French Quarter

We liked staying in a quieter neighborhood but still able to access all New Orleans has to offer. Plenty of fun places in this neighborhood. The condo worked well and was very comfortable.

ANNUAL SISTER TRIP

We had a couple issues when we first arrived but Grant was quick to respond and take care of the problems. The walk to the French Quarter was quite a distance for us older women but we were able to catch a bus back which was nice. We very much enjoyed the pool area and the small neighborhood restaurants close by. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for myself and my sister.

Nice condo walking distance to French Quarter

Condo was very clean with all amenities. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Great local bars and food in the Bywater district. Enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very responsive and it was nice having a parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Property doesn't appear to be owner occupied as it was lacking in some pretty basic things. Parked mostly on the street b/c spot #49 was in a constant state of "puddle". Garage exit was always open anyway so not exactly secure. I have stayed at a different property in Saxony that was better equiped.

New Orleans get away

Had a positive experience at the condo unit. Everything was cleaned and well maintained with the exception of the pool. Not sure if it was due to the weather before we arrived. The condo was nicely appointed as seen in the pictures. Uber was a 5-10 minute ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. Will definitely stay again if we ever return.

This condo meets all the requirements. Great location, walkable neighborhood to restaurants and entertainment. Condo is equipped with basic kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning and ice maker had a workout during the heat wave! Would recommend.

Great Place in New Orleans

The property is excellent! We are very thankful to have found this place after seeing the area around it. We felt very safe in the property, but has some concerns about the neighborhood around it. The building is very secure, which made us feel very comfortable. The condo is in wonderful condition and had everything we need for a long weekend! When we visit New Orleans, we plan to stay here again.

Quaint and Relaxing

This property is absolutely PERFECT!! The host was 100% welcoming from start to finish. The check-in process was simple. The condo is EXACTLY as pictured. It's clean, safe, modern with modern amenities. It's literally in a perfect location. Close enough to the Quarter so that you don't miss anything but far enough that you have peace at night. They have a private, gated parking garage, with a private parking space. Everything you can think of was thought of an handled with great care. Going forward this will be my go-to place for housing when in the New Orleans area!! Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience
