The `Armstrong` apartment is located on the third floor and faces the quaint indoor courtyard. This eclectic deluxe apartment is where modern chic meets old-world charm. It can comfortably sleep 5 with one king-size bed, one queen size sofa sleeper, and an additional twin bed located in the loft bedroom. (Please note there is a 9 step ladder to reach that loft.)

This upscale apartment boasts beautiful exposed wooden beams, luxurious real wood floors, 14 ft vaulted ceiling, and a magnificent 5 ft chandelier that take you back in time to the late 1800s.

The modern amenities such as a walk-in shower and fully equipped modern kitchen remind you of home.

You can sip your morning coffee in the courtyard while listening to the water fountain or relax in the evening with some wine after a day spent seeing the sights and sounds of the historic French Quarter.

We respect your privacy and make check-in seamless with self check-in and keypad access to the building and your suite.

We are available when needed and only a message or phone call away throughout your stay. Most guests enjoy a fully independent, contactless experience, but we are happy to assist if anything comes up.


The St. Philip Hotel is right in the heart of the historic French Quarter, on St. Philip Street between Royal and Chartres Street.

You can watch horse-drawn carriages stroll down the street, enjoy any cuisine your heart desires, visit historic sites and plenty of live music to be found on world-renown Bourbon Street all within a short walk.

Since St Philip Residence is in the heart of the French Quarter, countless destinations are very walkable. You most likely will not need a car at all during your stay with us.

If you are venturing past the 13 blocks of the French Quarter UBER and Lyft are very affordable and readily available.

Pedi Cabs and horse-drawn carriages are a popular mode of transportation and are available most times of the day at the front of Jackson Square, 2 blocks from our Front Door.

PARKING
Due to its location in the heart of the city, we do not have onsite parking of our own.
There is metered parking with 2 hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and it`s first come first serve. Overnight street parking is free and has no limitations between 7 PM and 7 AM.
It`s essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed and street cleaning days, as your car will be towed if signage instructions are not followed.

The nearest secured parking lot is the Jackson Square lot #P407, 433 St Peter St NOLA, 70117. This lot is operated by Premium Parking.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Luggage storage is not available.

PARKING
We do not offer onsite parking due to our French Quarter location. Street parking is available with metered 2-hour limits during the day (7 AM–7 PM). Overnight street parking is free where permitted (7 PM–7 AM). Please follow all posted signage.

There are also several nearby paid parking garages and lots throughout the French Quarter, most operated by Premium Parking. Guests typically find the Premium Parking app helpful for real-time availability.

HISTORIC BUILDING
Saint Philip Residence is located in a historic early-1800s French Quarter building with original architectural character.

As with many historic properties in the area, some original features remain throughout the space, including doors, walls, and windows. These details reflect the authentic character of New Orleans and may show natural age.

STAIRS
This airbnb is located onthe 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator.
Everyone comes to New Orleans to enjoy themselves and have a good time and we encourage all guests to do so. Please remember though, that we are also a place of rest and relaxation. We strive very hard to maintain a very balanced ambiance to ensure all our guests can enjoy their stay. We kindly ask all guests to please observe the following:

1. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. Smoking in any condominium will result in a cleaning/disinfecting fee of $300 or more.

2. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am. We ask that you come and go with soft steps and quiet voices.

3. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind items. Please make sure to check the property to ensure you have all your belongings before you check out.

4. No parties or social gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises.

5. No unauthorized guests are allowed in the unit. Codes to the building entrance and to your condo are private and time-sensitive. Do not share access codes with anyone outside of your group.

6. Any items missing from the unit or damage to the property after your departure and inspection of the condo will be billed to you for reimbursement. The items include but are not limited to damage to furniture or property, missing or stolen linen, blankets, kitchen utensils, glassware, smart tv devices, and remotes.

7. Overly soiled linen that is stained beyond repair upon your departure will be subject to an additional per-item cleaning fee. If the room is overly dirty and requires more than our standard post-check-out cleaning, additional fees may be required.

8. No firearms of any kind are allowed on the premises.

Any violation of the above rules can result in penalties and fees including eviction from the premises.
