The famous Turkey and the Wolf that serves a `fried bologna sandwich` is 5 blocks away (must try!). Walking distance to other great places such as District Donut, Ruby Slipper, Another Broken Egg, Sucre, The Bulldog Uptown, and Commander`s Palace. You are also a short walk to St. Charles Ave, where you can hop on the streetcar.
