Stay in our beautiful second-floor room at the Mansion on Royal. This two-bedroom Airbnb boasts exquisite vintage decor and stunning high ceilings.
The room`s large walk-through windows provide an opportunity for you to savor the fresh air, and the shared balcony is ideal for relaxation and mingling with other guests. Your personal en suite bathroom is nothing short of grandeur, complete with a marble walk-in shower that guarantees comfort and relaxation. Additionally, the room features a loft with a twin-sized bed to cater to your convenience.
You will undoubtedly have a genuine local experience when you stay in the Mansion located in the Marigny neighborhood. The two rooms are separated by a door to where they can be individual suites, just with a shared bathroom.

THE MANSION
Welcome to The Mansion on Royal Street, a Hospitality of New Orleans property. As you approach, you`ll be greeted by majestic columns and elegant galleries showcasing the grandeur of this Greek Revival house from the 1820s. The property embodies the rich history and opulence of old Creole Louisiana, which is evident throughout. Your room will provide a peaceful escape from the lively streets, with 14-foot ceilings and exquisite hand-crafted cypress trim. There are also three charming courtyards surrounded by lush tropical greenery, perfect for unwinding. Despite the tranquil surroundings, you`ll still be conveniently located near all the exciting action.

AMENITIES
The cozy parlor inside boasts a blend of period furnishings and modern decor alongside a convenient kitchenette. Meanwhile, outside, you can bask in the morning sun with a cup of café au lait or unwind with a glass of wine on the front porch or in one of two lush courtyards. Plus, you can indulge in a relaxing soak in the hot tub or spend time in the home library. The Mansion sits directly on the physical parade route of Krewe du Vieux — one of the city`s most beloved Mardi Gras parades rolls right past our doorstep on Royal Street. For a bird`s-eye view of the festivities, head up to the second-floor gallery, perfect for people-watching and catching the passing parades, including Krewe du Vieux, Krewe of Chewbacchus, `tit Rəx, and the St. Ann parade during Mardi Gras Season.

The Airbnb also comes fully stocked with top-notch amenities to elevate your stay:

You will have your own room and bathroom. The Parlor, Kitchen, Courtyard, Front & Side Patios, library and Hot Tub are shared with other guests.

We greet guests for check-in as often as possible, but also provide self-check-in to accommodate late night and week-end arrivals. Guests will be able to contact the host at any time during their stay, after hours and on weekends for any maintenance or housekeeping issues.

This is a very friendly neighborhood, with free street parking throughout. Five popular cafes/bistros are within a 2 block radius from our front door. We are located just four short blocks/minutes from Frenchmen Street where you can find live Jazz and great food every night! We are surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafe`s, and coffee shops. Crescent Park is just a five minute walk to see beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It stretches from one end of the Marigny neighborhood to the other end of the Bywater neighborhood along the river. There are three access points. One at Marigny Street and N. Peters Street. One is at Piety Street and Chartres Street. And the Third is at Bartholomew Street and Chartres Street.

PARKING
The Mansion on Royal is located in a residential area where there is free street parking in front of the building and it is first come first serve. It`s essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed as well as be respectful of our neighbor’s driveways.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible at an extra charge, depending on the availability, and can’t be guaranteed. We do have luggage storage free of charge for our guests to use.
Everyone comes to New Orleans to enjoy themselves and have a good time and we encourage all guests to do so. Please remember though, that we are also a place of rest and relaxation. We strive very hard to maintain a very balanced ambiance to ensure all our guests can enjoy their stay. We kindly ask all guests to please observe the following:

1. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building. Smoking in any room will result in a cleaning/disinfecting fee of $300 or more.

2. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am. We ask that you come and go with soft steps and quiet voices.

3. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind items. Please make sure to check the property to ensure you have all your belongings before you check out.

4. No parties or social gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises.

5. No unauthorized guests are allowed in the unit. Codes to the building entrance and to your room are private and time-sensitive. Do not share access codes with anyone outside of your group.

6. Any items missing from the unit or damage to the property after your departure and inspection of the room will be billed to you for reimbursement. The items include but are not limited to damage to furniture or property, missing or stolen linen, blankets, kitchen utensils, glassware, smart tv devices, and remotes.

7. Overly soiled linen that is stained beyond repair upon your departure will be subject to an additional per-item cleaning fee. If the room is overly dirty and requires more than our standard post-check-out cleaning, additional fees may be required.

8. No firearms of any kind are allowed on the premises.

Any violation of the above rules can result in penalties and fees including eviction from the premises.
