„The property has a lot of charm and is situated in a mature area. Ample space for 5+ adults. Plenty of pre stocked items like toilet paper and paper towels to last for several days. „House was clean and immaculate. Host has done well to put a modern twist on a ‘historical’ home. Neighborhood is older and may be considered ‘rough’ by a few, but we had no problems. It was close to Franciscan, shopping, and grocery, very convenient! If you have problems w stairs, I don’t recommend you stay here. Would def stay again! “

„We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. „This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!“
