„The house was very charming and cozy. It met all of our wants (2 bedrooms, king bed in primary, fenced in yard for dog, hot tub & fire pit, close to attractions). The host was very polite and attentive, and gave excellent recommendations for food (which were all in walking distance!). Could use a little more seating in the living room and a few more items in the kitchen (wine glasses, better skillets, sheet pans), but overall the house really has everything you need. „Great house in downtown Luray! We loved hanging out on the porch, both for morning coffee and happy hour. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. It was fun to watch the trains go by, and the whistles didn’t bother us at all. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. It was great to be in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. „The river property was lovely. We were disappointed that we were unable to access the river. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floors were especially dirty. There was an inadequate supply of towels for a three day stay. I hope this information is useful.“

„Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch!“

„Great location to explore the Shenandoah National Forest and Shenandoah Valley for spring break. The size of the house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved their room with twin beds and many games and toys. There was a seat for the baby and a pack and play, as well.Everyone enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck.
