„Spending the night in this charming houseboat was so much fun! Nothing beats the gentle sway of the waves to lull you to sleep. Great location with plenty of delicious local seafood options. Jenny was a wonderful hostess and the sunrise on the water was stunning!“

„The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes.“

„Great place to stay in New London. The location was very clean and includes a parking spot. William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in town. 10/10“

„This is a solid stay for a night or two, but it is very bare minimum - like a hostel. If you're looking for something besides a hostel experience I suggest looking elsewhere. Location is good, but you do hear the highway from the room. Owner is nice, but the walk-through of the place is unnecessary. Everything is straightforward. “

„Alles gut, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Parkplätzen. Sehr freundliches Personal sowie guter Zustand des Hotels. Ob es Umweltfreundlich ist kann ich nicht beurteilen, schliesslich benutzt man ja immer warmes Wasser und Handtücher. Empfehlenswert.“

„Das Hotel istcin die Jahre gekommen und wirkt vernachlässigt. Der Service war ok. Das Zimmer war sauber, roch aber intensiv nach einem Reinigungsmittel. Die Klimaanlage war laut. Der Pool war ok, wenn wir such einige Fliegen rausholen mussten. Dem Frühstück gebe ich nur zwei Punkte. Es war wenig Auswahl und fasr nur abgepackte Sachen. Kein Obst oder Gemüse. Schade. “

„Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements ...

„Gutes Motel mit ruhigen, sauberen Zimmern. Leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Sonstige Apparate funktionieren, WC-Spülung war undicht und hat alle 5 Minuten Füllgeräusche verursacht. WiFi-Signal ist sehr schwach und die Kapazität sehr gering - es konnte kaum genutzt werden.“
