Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room and privacy.
This beautiful modern ranch house is sitting in 3 acres of land, great location! Is close to Jordan lake and also close to downtown apex
This house has everything you need for a nice stay. We have equipped the house with essentials you may need such as utensils and cooking pans cups and plates etc.
Bathrooms are also equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. The area is very safe and quiet.
Beautiful 1 story home very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 game room is very spacious and convenient. We have 5 beds 4 full size 1 king size.
2 full size beds in each bedroom. In the master bedroom we have a big king size
bed. each bedroom has their own tv and desktop and chair.

3 full badrooms and a big kitchen and living room with reclining couches and a big smart tv we also have a game room with a hockey table that can also be a ping pong 🏓 table. and very spacious back yard with a propane firepit

Plenty or parking space! This house is sitting on 3 acres of land :)

We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding. Home was as pictured and described! Host was quick to respond to a qlitch that was no fault of his and communication was excellent. Check-in was seamless. Home was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Super clean throughout. We've stayed in home rentals throughout the country and world. This is one of, if not the best, of homes we've stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others as well. Whenever we reserve a home, we never know if the pictures and experience will match what is described online. This home is a rare one that matches expectations from the description! Highly recommend! Oh and the back covered porch is AMAZING! Perfect for a rainy night! Several sitting areas - couch seating area and table seating area. Wood swingset and huge yard for the kids too!

Great house for large family!

Great location, nice open floor plan and tons of great outdoor space! Kids loved the game room with air hockey and video game console. Home had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay! We had a large family in town and it was perfect for hosting them!

Excellent property

Beautiful clean house. The backyard patio area has been improved since the photos were taken. It’s even better! Not too far from stores, etc. But far enough to enjoy the outdoors & peace & quiet. While there is construction next door, it did not interfere with the tranquility of this property.

Good getaway home!

Soccer tournament stay

Great home but outlets in one room need maintenance. A bit pricey for what it is annd compared to other homes we’ve stayed in anround this anrea. Also couldn’t get thermostat to work so we were a bit chilly in evening and morning. Otherwise a good vrbo.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was very clean, great amenities, close to downtown Apex, and a great backyard. The host was very responsive. Upon trying to use the fire pit, we realized that it was out of gas. I contacted the host and within a half hour, he had gas delivered!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came to the area for a disc golf tournament/anniversary trip. The house was perfect, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go, very close to Raleigh as well. Apex was a great town with lots to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, setting up a screen and using it as our movie room for the week. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Home with Accommodating Owners

We booked this place at the last minute after another house fell through. The owner was very accommodating and very responsive. The property is beautiful and the outdoor space was perfect for kids to run around and for outdoor games (cornhole, frisbee, football, etc…). Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

Convenient location set back off road for lots of quiet and privacy. Beautiful home and backyard. Attentive owner who responded quickly to a repair need we faced. One challenge for our group of adults only: listing states 4 queen beds. They are actually full/double beds. Not an issue if used for children but adult siblings and cousins could not sleep comfortably. With 2 extra couches, we figured it out!

Weekend Away

This property was perfect for our weekend in town visiting family. Its very close to apex, but you still feel like you have your own space. There was a nice central couch and tv area for gathering and they continue to make improvements in the outdoor area. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the firepit. My teens made good use of the game room. Note there is no table to eat at so we mostly used the bar area for that. The rental overview states no pets, but it appears through other means pets are in the house. However, this was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in so it was not a problem. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to town.
