„The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. „Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!“

„We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were in ME for a baseball tournament and this was much better than being in a cramped hotel room. The space was comfortable and clean for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 teens). Less than a 10 min walk to OOB and conveniences are even closer (convenience store and a Walgreens). We will certainly stay again when in the area. “

„My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. “

The thoughtful touches such as the games, travel coffee mugs and well stocked fire pit and activity closet make this rental stand out against all the others. The whole property was spotless and beautiful. Conveniently located to the park and some excellent lobster rolls. I cannot say enough good things. We very much enjoyed our stay, only wishing it was longer.“

„Great location walking distance to town and bike paths. Well appointed unit with nice sheets, beach chairs, private patio. Room to lock up bikes outside. Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second). “

„Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!“
