„Difficult to communicate.“

„einfach nur super!!!“

„An amazing hotel with great food and helpful stuff who tries its best to support international travelers“

„Great breakfast. Clean, modern, stylish rooms.“

„Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again! ...

„Location is very convenient, take metro line 18 directly from tianfu airport to the hotel, save lots of traffic time. Staff are super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the concierge. Two-beds rooms are equipped with 2 queen sizes, super comfortable, perfect for my 3-members family traveling together. Highly recommend!“

„Für Messebesucher gute Wahl, ansonsten weit außerhalb der Innenstadt.“

„Séjour en famille de 4 personnes De 6 nuits lors des World games Très bien situé Excellent petit déjeuner Attention jusqu’à 10h Grande chambre Manque un frigo et du café “

„とてもいいホテルでした。しかし、英語は対応しておらずコミュニケーションは少し難しいところがありました。“

„The hotel is new and extremely well kept. I was not happy to see the very poor level of English at such international brand and also the western restaurant experience was not great. Great breakfast and overall a solid hotel but needs to improve staff training and experience for westerners“

„Good for the price, excellent location“

„Nice hotel in a quiet area. Comfortable and spacious rooms. It would be good to have a guide for the buttons/lights. Enjoyed my stay very much.“
