„Everything was as advertised. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. We never turned on the TV, but we did use our travel Bluetooth speaker. We chose the downstairs bedroom, even though it has the smaller bed, because the view out the windows is superior. Our dog loved the yard and chilling on the porch. The RV was not there during our stay, so all was quiet and private. It was just right for us!“

„This cabin is great. It’s a very short drive to downtown Nevada city, maybe 10 min. It’s super cozy and the hot tub is fantastic. Very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace. There’s plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. Yes, there’s bad cell service and the WiFi isn’t great but they definitely let you know that ahead of time. We were more than fine with that. The owner communication is great. I highly recommend!“

„We had a great time at the Lost Mine Retreat. The house is exactly as described and pictured on VRBO. The location is a bit isolated being 15 minutes from Nevada City and a few minutes from Scott's Flat Reservoir, but it's very quiet and private at the house. „This is a great option instead of a motel for your stay in the area. Very quiet clean and beautiful location are good reasons to stay here.
