„This stay was excellent, but I had stays in the hotel that were less excellent. The rooms are very different. Administrative processes are complicated. Staff is always great, though. Recommendation to book NOT THROUGH HOTELS.COM or EXPEDIA but directly from the hotel. “

When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone. “

„Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem Shangri La Standard, den ich aus anderen Häusern kenne. Die Terasse ist oft für Privatanlässe gesperrt. Ständig steigen laute Inder-Parties, die man bis sehr früh in den Morgen bis aufs Zimmer hört. Die Hotelvorfahrt ist total überlaufen und ein ständiges Geschrei und gehupe. Nein, hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin.“
