„The facility looked impressive and pretty but the closer one looked, the more it was clear that it wasn‘t all in the best shape. I was certain that I booked my stay including breakfast but they charged us again at check out. Additionally, i received an online bill before check out that an open payment of 12,95(or similar) was open for the breakfast but at checkout they charged us double that price. „The property was nice and we enjoyed the beautiful garden. The location was great too in the New Forest. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our bikes in a closed garage.
The room we booked did not meet the requirements for a proper hotel room. It was too tiny and neither a chair nor a table would fit in. The bathroom was okay and we had warm water all the time. If you opened the window, there was a constant noise from a ventilation system which was installed right behind the window. ...
„We were not expecting such a great hotel - it is truly a 'New Forest Inn', at breakfast we were treated to a 'walk-by' of New Forest Ponies' - which was fun as they walked very slowly past the 'Inn'. And the breakfast was 'scrumptious'!

„Das Hotel ist direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Daher auch entsprechender Geräuschpegel, nachts aber in Ordnung.
Verkehrsanbindung zu anderen Orten ist somit aber auch super.
Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Raststätte mit McDonald's, ein kleiner Supermarkt, China-Imbiss, Costa("Bäcker")...
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne große Ansprüche um andere Orte zu erkunden würde ich es weiterempfehlen.

Our twin room was in the loft, not seen this room on any of the photos.
Bathroom too small to have a sink in, so it was in the bedroom.
A tight squeeze between the double bed and sink.
Also had to go past sink to reach tea and coffee facilities.
You have to pull blind down when going to toilet, as window low, so you could " wave" to passerbys.
Sloping roof, so could nt sit up straight against the head board.
Very comfortable beds.
