"Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony. Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones. New Nessebar Citg is only a few minutes away, prices in restaurants were okay, lots of shops and markets. Fresh fruits and barbecue spots near the hotel. Sunny beach only a few minutes with the bus, burgas only 35 minutes away with the taxi shuffle they can arrange for you. Old Nessebar is 20 minutes aaay on foot and a msr to visit! Lots to see and try out. Towels and beach bag are kindly provided by the hotel and loved that the shampoo lotion and gel were all big bottles! Only downside, its a bit confusing when it says beachfront and you still have to pay full price for the beach access... I think the hotel guests should have some cost cut but oh well. Or at least to explicitly say it on the website that you have to pay for the umbrella, sunbeds and table (the package is 15 euros). The hotel bar bellow is pretty chill, has occasionally music and have good drinks. The pool is quite dmall and crowded with kids but that isn't really anything the hotel can influence. All in all I would give a 8.5/10 only because of the beach access."

"Нам очень понравилось. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, все удобства в номере, отличный большой бассейн, с ухоженной территорией, лежаками и зонтиками. Рядом магазины, море, аквапарк. Мы в восторге. Заселились даже немного раньше 15ч. без проблем, нас встретил охранник на входе, проверил документы, взял оплату и выдал ключи. За ключи нужен был залог в 100 евро, при выселении возвращается. Смело советую эти апартаменты."
