Angustias 12 - Exotic Two-Store Town House in Nerja Center with Roof Terrace.
Located on Angustias Street, almost on the corner with Pintada Street, in the city centre. A short walk from the beach and the famous Balcón de Europa, in the heart of Nerja.

Access from the street, consisting of an open-plan living-dining room with open plan fitted kitchen. It has a full bathroom on the street level and a small patio.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. It has a dining area with a large table and chairs.
The first floor has three bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and the third with a single bed and access to a balcony. This level has a full bathroom with bathtub and a patio.
Access to the roof terrace is from the upper floor, with a laundry room with washing machine and ironing area. The roof terrace is divided into two levels, a first level with a dining table, chairs and umbrella. The second level has 4 sun loungers and magnificent panoramic mountain views.
The property has air conditioning in the upper floor corridor, fans in the living room and bedrooms, free fibre optic WiFi and international TV. Parking is available on the same street at no cost.
