The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!“

Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. “

„This place is adorable! So clean and cute! All of the comforts of home provided! Beach chairs, cart to wheel to beach, towels and umbrella, plus beach tags!! Inside, ALL kitchen necessities, tv, ceiling fans, even tea, coffee, salt pepper and spices! It's a bit of a hike to the beach but ok. It's a little far from the boardwalk which is probably a good thing. ..it's quiet. if you have a dog there is a convenient place to walk right near the apt. The communication was great.
