It feels deep in the woods and yet not far from Deadwood or Nemo. A perfect launch site for your Couples getaway or solo adventure.

The Setting
The cabin sits in the woods along a gravel road with two other vacation rentals nearby. There is a shared driveway, but that is where the sharing ends. This unit has its own private hot tub, a privacy fence separating it from the others, and a dedicated sitting area tucked into the trees. You will see nature, not neighbors.

The Cabin
Warm finishes, vaulted ceilings, and a clean, modern layout make this space feel like a classic Black Hills retreat without feeling dated or cramped. It is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want comfort, character, and quiet.

Inside
The interior is thoughtfully set up for short stays or longer escapes. Comfortable sleeping area, a well equipped kitchenette, and a cozy living space make it easy to settle in after a day exploring the Hills.

Outside
This is where the cabin really shines. Step outside to your private hot tub, soak under the pines, or enjoy coffee or drinks in your own wooded seating area. It is quiet, dark at night, and exactly what people picture when they think “Black Hills cabin.”

Location
You are close to hiking, trails, and outdoor recreation while still being an easy, beautiful drive to Deadwood, Rapid City, and the surrounding Black Hills attractions.

You will have private access to the entire apartment, outdoor area.

You are allowed to use the garage but that access is shared with cleaners.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

*Please look at the pictures to see that while you are out in the woods and this is a very private studio apartment. You enter on a shared driveway and 100yds away is another vacation rental. You may hear or see some people while here. None of the spaces are shared with any other unit.

*Cell service is spotty on the way to the cabin but AT&T and Verizon work from the house. We have Starlink for your wifi needs.
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 1-3 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting
neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
