„I decided to book Aparthotel and give it a try rather than booking the usual serviced apartments in Birmingham town centre. The apartment itself was a good size and all the bits you need were available. The only things that let it down was the customer service on check in could have been better as well as when we asked another person at reception to check out later. „Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen; ein Supermarkt und ein China-Restaurant sind im Haus.Das Appartment war geräumig und gut eingerichtet und alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Besonderen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption, die mir in einer Notlage mit persönlichem Einsatz sehr geholfen hat!“

„Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me. „Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “

„Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: mit dem Rücken quasi zur Grand Central Station (10 Min mit dem Zug zum Flughafen, cca 1 Stunde 10 Min nach London Euston...) und mit dem Gesicht zur Fussgängerzone und mitten im Geschehen und dem wunderschönen Einkaufszentrum Bullring. Tolles Gebäude, besonders nettes Personal, super komfortabel. Einfach ein tolles Hotel!“

"Hotel war okay für eine Nacht. Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Zimmer ist für englische Standards okay, Betten passabel, sauber, Handtücher sauber. Für ein B&B Hotel etwas veraltet, aber das kennt man ja von England. Der Teppichboden, Fenster und Türen sollten mal erneutert werden"

"Hotel an praktischer Lage in China-Town. Viele Restaurants. Etwas schmuddelige Umgebung aber okey. Zimmer eher klein, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr kleines Bad. Betten England typisch weich. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dafür günstig."
