Welcome to Sample's Summit! Our 2 Story Slope side, beautifully appointed, 3 bedroom condo. Ski In/Ski Out… It doesn’t get better! This mountain condo is situated right on Eagle’s Swoop and within walking to some of the best hiking trails and lookouts on the mountain! We are centrally located and just a short walk to the Mountain Inn, ski check in, the Market, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

With three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer for added convenience. The tranquil setting invites you to unwind after a day on the slopes, hiking on the mountain or visiting the breweries and wineries along Nelson 151.

Samples Summit offers living space with beautiful, high vaulted ceilings, a large master in the loft and two smaller bedrooms on the main level. A nicely renovated kitchen stocked with everything one might need to make a delicious meal, brew a fantastic cup of coffee or pour a fabulous glass of wine! Relax in the living room and cozy up in front of wood burning fire place. Our bedrooms are furnished with comfortable and cozy beds & linens. We have a washer and dryer and provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dish washer detergent.

In addition to the Smart TV in the living room, each of the bedrooms has their own TV. All TV’s are hooked to cable.

You will have access to the entire condo. Enjoy beautiful, views of the Blue Ridge from the deck. Don’t miss the sunrise!

Parking for ONE vehicle, in assigned spot. Condo is on the 3rd floor.
