„I was very surprised at how good this hotel is. With only 3.5 stars I thought it would be an average stay but it was amazing. They have a sister hotel which you can use for eating and entertainment. The private Ganga Access was amazing and the staff provided excellent service in the hotel and restaurant. I have been staying 5 star accommodation throughout my travels in India and this was just as good as those. “

„The location advertised was problematic. It also shows it is in Dehradun which is over 30 miles away. For me, this caused problems with my taxi as I wanted to go to Rishikish (it is also advertised being in Rishikesh), whereas the taxi driver complained of it being far away in Dehradun (near Jolly Grant airport)“

„Schönes Hotel, gute Ausstattung und sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage an der megalauten Hauptstraße ist leider ne Katastrophe. Ein Zimmer mit Ganga View bedeutet, dass man dem Lärm nicht entkommt. Ein Zimmer mit City View bedeutet, dass man auf eine riesige Müllhalde schaut. Deswegen sind die Fenster dort auch zu 2/3 mit interessanten "Motiven" beklebt.“

„The guest house is very hard to find down a small back street. There is no view of the Ganga. Better to stay in one of the ashrams for a night. Very expensive for what you get for India. There is still construction going on at hotel and it’s very noise. “

„The entire holy town of Rishikesh needs an overhauling and transformation like Varanasi has witnessed lately. The same is applicable to this hotel property too! A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry. The reason why Thailand is being preferred over Goa or Kerala by Indian tourists is not monetary only but also has to do with the service quality and facilities.“

„Electricity issues. No ac. No hot water. Elevator didn’t work. Booked 2 nights but had to leave after the first night. Was promised a refund but that never materialized. I don’t recommend staying here. “

„Pillow cover were kind of dirty. Tea worth rs. 80 in this hotel that too wasn't available (being Indian can't accept this). One out of 2 booked room has leakage issue in washroom(may be temporary issue). “
