„Our stay was amazing - the staff were super friendly, the pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was amazing!“

„Staff was fantastic, unfortunately the hotel guests are a significant concern , not sure if there is some kind of program catering to a certain type of person There was disturbance between 3am-4am right next door followed by laughter The disturbance was right next door ( 2x ) I’m glad it was just my wife and I staying here . I don’t complain but have a slight concerns for families“

„There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor.“

„There was urine on one of our beds and we found chips under the sheets on the other bed. Not great“

„Helpful staff, clean room“

„Clean. Helpful staff“

„Different property, interesting concept. Awkward finding my way around the hotel initially. Having to move rooms during the stay was not fun. Exterior of the property and parking area is not good.“

„Schöne Umgebung, ruhig und tolle Luft da direkt am Lake superior, nettes hilfreiches Personal, starbucks im Hotel, doof leider kein Safe!!!“
