"The hotel is exactly as pictured, which is very nice. Even though it has new interior and isn’t very old yet, I have to rate 4/5 stars for two reasons: the bathroom has had visible dirt and lint pieces on the floor and could’ve used a little more cleaning but the most important reason was that this hotel has incredibly thin walls. I could hear the neighbours blast their tv on full volume at two in the morning (and I sleep with earplugs!). I could also hear everyone in the hallway, which isn’t really fun when they’re drunk and yelling and you just want to sleep and rest. I wish this hotel had better sound proofing. Regardless it’s not too far from Chicago and a good place to be if you wanna be away from masses of people at the end of the day. Nonetheless I would stay here again if I am ever up in Chicago / Suburbs just because the price and what you get is great. Honestly just get earplugs because the room is luxurious and spacious. Way better than an old Hilton or something. Also I must say all the staff I encountered in the hotel was very accommodating and nice! Parking was easy too. "

"Das Zimmer war altbacken und auf dem Teppich wollte man nicht barfuss laufen, der hatte eine ganz komische Oberfläche. Im Zimmer wenig Platz für 3 Personen, wofür wir es gebucht haben. Für drei Nächte ausreichend "

"Älere aber gepflegte Unterkunft. Teilweise renoviert und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und beim Zimmerservice. Frühstück und Parken inklusive zu fairen Preisen. Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."

"Mit Shuttle vom Terminal in Chicago in 10 Minuten zum Hotel, praktisch. Typischer La Quinta Standard, geräumige Zimmer, vernünftiges Breakfast. "

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
