"Ein fantastisches Hotel im Zentrum von Split Die Lage ist perfekt. Zum Wasser sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Überall in der Nähe gibt es kleine Cafés und Restaurants. Das mehrsprachige Personal ist kompetent, freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Gutes bequemes Bett und ein Kissen Menü. Sehr gute und genügend Handtücher im Bad, mit genug Haken zum Aufhängen, viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten, eine Toilettenbürste (was in vielen auch 5 Sterne Hotels leider nicht zum Standard gehört). Das Frühstück ist exzellent, alles frisch mit großer Auswahl. Der Wellness Bereich mit zwei Saunen ist super, Massage professionell. Insgesamt eines der besten Hotels mit merkbar guter Leitung. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"We stayed here for four nights. The hotel's location was fantastic—just a 5–10 minute walk to the harbor and Hvar Old Town. Most of the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were small, but in perfect condition. However, a few things detracted from our experience: We had booked a room with a sea view, but it was more of a pool view. The room directly faced the pool, meaning people could easily see inside, so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. As a result, we couldn't enjoy any sea view. This should be corrected in the listing—it should state “pool view” instead. We paid extra for a sea view and didn’t get it, which felt disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, tea, or coffee. I fell ill during the last two days of our stay and wasn’t able to get any hot water for tea after 11 PM, as the restaurant was also closed. The hygiene of the breakfast plates was shockingly poor. Almost every plate we picked up had visible dust, felt greasy, and appeared not to have been properly washed."

"SO BAD!!! Schrecklich!! So hellhörig, man hört die Leute von draußen, direkt unter mir das Restaurant ist jeden Abend Essengeruch in meinem Zimmer gestiegen. Die Dusche war grauenvoll, es gab kein Duschkopfhalter musste den Duschkopf halten! Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken, ich bin direkt in der ersten Nacht dort krank geworden Halsschmerzen und Husten unmöglich war es die anzulassen. Das Frühstücksbüffet geht ab 7h los, das Personal hatte überhaupt noch nicht alles vorbereitet lief die ganze Zeit rum, man konnte sich überhaupt nicht in Ruhe was rauf tun. Wenn um 7h Frühstücksbüffet los geht, muss auch vorher alles fertig sein, es kamen viele um 7h man will auch Ausflüge machen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr unfreundlich, besonders die Frau an der Rezeption!!! Ich hatte zweimal eine Breakfast Box bestellt, Katastrophal lieblos verpackt einfach nur 3 kleine Mini Croissants das war ein Witz! Mir wurde überhaupt nicht bei meinem Koffer geholfen, ich musste trotz Fahrstuhl den noch weitere Treppen hochtragen. Beim Eingang wurde einen mit seinem Koffer auch nicht mal die Tür aufgehalten oder generell haben Sie nicht gefragt ob sie mir helfen können. Viel zu teuer zudem noch! "

"Loved our stay. The hotel is very modern, clean and offers a lot of things. The views are amazing and I would always come back. The only thing is that the hotel is kinda fsr from the old town. It’s 30min by walking and 10min with the taxi. "

"Hatten schon zweimal Gelegenheit in Hotel Ambasador zu übernachten und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück- was immer du willst. "
