The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa, distributed on the ground floor and 1st floor, has two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, large common areas, and an outdoor area that invites you to socialize by the pool. The villa is fully equipped, in terms of equipment, towels, and bedding, to serve you and your group for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with 04 burners, an oven, a microwave oven, a blender, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. In the kitchen area you will also find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a drying rack and an ironing board and iron. Next to the entrance to the kitchen is the barbecue area.

BREAKFAST AREA
Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a small breakfast/meal area with lots of natural light and inviting for moments of conversation, equipped with an espresso machine, a toaster, a toastie maker, and a kettle.
