There is a fabulous 50sqm private swimming pool, built-in BBQ/grilling area, built-in comfortable seating, sunbeds, large dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and spectacular views of Plaka beach and the surrounding islands. Set on the side of a hill, with private entrance, electric gates and secure off street parking for 3 vehicles. The main villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, living, dining room. There is a separate annex with queen sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom and a separate single bedroom with toilet and wash basin.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

The beach and shop are a 2 minute drive from the villa. We recommend a rental car for your stay.
