„The property was spacious and perfect for our group. Parking is right in front, super convenient. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly. Everything we needed was available in the home and the location was really convenient for us. Close to lots of food/shops (within 5-10 minutes) and 10 minutes from the sports complex where our tournament was being held. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.“

„This is a large, well appointed house right next to the April Sound club house on Lake Conroe. There was plenty of room for our family group of 10 folks. The house was clean and communication with the owner was efficient.“

„Cute place, comfortable beds ad sofa. It is in Bryan which was nice we had the opportunity to explore Bryan restaurants which weren't as crazy as College Station restaurants on graduation weekend. Also had enough parking for all of us. Overall, it was a great stay.“

„The apartment was perfect for our short trip to College Station. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. There is a nice walking park and dog park just down the hill. The apartment is a basic, college-type apartment. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I recommend some patio chairs to be able to use the balcony deck. Good communication with the host!“

„We stayed here with my brother and family (4 adults and 7 kids). The space worked really well for us. The game room is an added bonus when traveling with kids and the TV are provided the perfect gaming space. It would help if there were a few extra blankets as each bed only has one thin blanket and some within our party were cold/missed the weight of a real comforter. Additionally, the fridge could use a deep cleaning! Overall though, the house worked well and was as advertised!“
