Nestled among growing pine trees and under clear country skies, this retreat provides the right environment for you to un-plug and relax on an abbreviated stay. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING:

Enjoy all outdoor amenities available on the campus including:

- Propane Grilling and Rotisserie Station to prepare the favorites from your
cookout recipe. (propane tank needed)

- Extra Outdoor Shower Station for campers (propane tank needed)

- Giant 16 ft. Outdoor Movie Screen System perfect for watching your favorite
movies under dark clear starlit nights.

- Communal fire pit area with Adirondack seating chairs. Perfect for roasting
s'mores and campfire conversations (wood not provided).

- Wagon Wheel Bench seating and cooler to relax and enjoy your favorite
beverages on site.

- Hangout and nap or even camp overnight in one of our convenient camping
hammocks or tents. Tents are provided based on the number of
people included in the booking (after 4 people).

- Bring your own outdoor games and/or chose from the board games and
outdoor games available.


Rental Policies:

Please be advised you must be at least 25 years of age to book the property.

Please understand there is a $25 dollar charge for additional guests after a reservation of 4 is made.

The maximum number of guests per residence is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that rental residence. Additional accommodations are subject to additional fees.

Any reservation made under false pretenses may be subject to loss of rent and asked to leave the property immediately.

Smoking is not permitted in any units, be it the tiny home or camping tents. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area. Violations are subject to an additional charge, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning or damage caused to the property

There is absolutely no hunting allowed.

NO parties allowed on the property.
