Located just a short drive from Navarre Beach attractions, restaurants, and other activities but in a relaxing neighborhood setting, this retreat is primed for family-friendly comfort and entertainment, with highlights including a private enclosed yard with a pool and screened lanai. A spacious lawn area and ample pool deck seating offer plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun, while the porch features a patio sofa and lounge chair for breezy outdoor living. A gas grill and dining table set the stage for backyard barbecues.

The open living area welcomes group gatherings with a plush sofa and 65'' smart TV, while the private home office has a desk, chair, computer monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for remote work needs. The kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, including a floating island prep table, for planning at-home meals with ease. The kitchen and dining room tables each feature generous seating arrangements for dinners and game nights. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Primary bedroom guests will enjoy private access to a deluxe en suite with a separate tub and walk-in shower with two shower heads. All bedrooms have a TV, so feel free to watch your favorite streaming service while happily winding down. A third full bathroom can be reached from the lanai, offering convenient access whenever you and your guests are outside.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
