In the living room you will find comfortable beach themed décor and a beautifully mounted flat screen TV to enjoy when your day at the beach is over. The incredible view of the Gulf extends to the master bedroom with easy balcony access. The master bedroom is fitted with a king mattress and another mounted flat screen TV providing an astounding viewing experience. In the master bath you will find a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. In the first guest bedroom there is a queen bed and recently updated flooring. Likewise, in the 2nd guest bedroom you will find the same stunning floor and two twin sized beds that allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break.
