Make yourself comfortable in our beach cottage setting where we’ve blended the modern with one-of-a-kind antiques and art pieces. Prepare all of your fresh seafood in our Chef’s Kitchen with marble counter tops, a double oven, gas range and beverage refrigerator. But most importantly, take in the beautiful coastal views and feel the breeze from, not only your spacious deck, but while relaxing on the ground floor canal lounge area. AMAZING stay

We had an amazing stay here! There is clearly so much thoughtfulness in the house and how everything is set up and ran. The house is gorgeous and immaculate. Communication was timely and helpful. Location was amazing— our little kids really loved the calm and quiet beach on the sound side as well as the pool. Having chairs and umbrellas to use was so great and we even took the kayaks out for a ride. The only negatives were that there were no pantry staples (not even salt & pepper) & the fishing rods weren’t in working order.

Best place if you want quiet evenings!

This home is beyond wonderful! The property is superior to other properties in the area. We have been to Navarre over 7 times and are so glad we found this gem! The owners are amazing people, easy to communicate with and always available. We loved every minute of our stay here! We will be back.

Home away from home

We stayed a month at this lovely home in Navarre beach to get out of the MN winters. While the weather was iffy at times, Oz was a dream home! Immaculate, well furnished and situated in a quiet neighborhood between the Gulf and the sound. We came to think of it as home. You have everything you need for a wonderful Navarre Beach vacation! Amazing and responsive hosts yet not hovering. Thank Jeannnine and Fernando for sharing Oz with us. We'll be back!!!

1st time visiting Navarre

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Navarre! It was our first time visiting the area and this hidden gem of an island couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ve rented many vacation homes from the east coast to the west and this home was outstanding. The house was impeccably clean, organized and decorated so beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were an added bonus! Jeannine provided so many helpful ideas of places to eat and things to do. Everything in the home was well thought out and very much appreciated. The beach is within walking distance, we went fishing off the backyard dock, paddle boarding and soaked in the spotless clean hot tub after a long day of running around. Sooo relaxing. The sunsets were amazing and Jeannine was an exceptional host. The only issue we ran into was not being able to use the bikes due to low tires. We would have love to use them to explore the island, but I told the host about it so that the next guests could have that opportunity :) From start to finish it was an amazing stay! We will most certainly rent this home again if were fortunate enough to visit Navarre in the future. Thank you for everything Jeannine!

Gorgeous and Spacious Property on Fun Canal

The house is pristine and very well kept. It was well stocked from the kitchen to the toys in the garage. There was no doubt that everything was in perfect condition, helping is to enjoy it to the fullest. The location is excellent. The kids played on the canal all week with paddle boards, kayaks and fishing poles. Having so many options, from the canal to the bay, peirs, pool, hot tub and beach was a nice change from our usual beachfront stays. We understand keeping a property this nice is not easy when used as a rental, but the over abundance of rules added worry and anxiety to our vacation as we were terrified of doing wrong and being charged for it. That is the only change we could recommend looking into. Otherwise, we loved the book with local menus and flyers! The games, table and toys for the kids was a nice touch, too!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We had two families of 4 adults and 4 kids and had a great two-week stay at this house. The location to the public beach access and the sound side beach was amazing! We drove to the beach access the first day, but quickly realized walking was just as easy. We were there over the 4th of July holiday and found a spot on the beach immediately passed the walkover, and it did not feel crowded at all. On the days we went to the sound, we pretty much had the neighborhood beach to ourselves. We had a few minor issues (i.e. broken beach chairs), but communication with Jeannine was great, and nothing made our rating less than 5 stars. We used the kayaks and SUP boards on the canal and loved the downstairs porch area for rainy days. I would highly recommend staying here!

This home is beautiful! Location is great! Short walk to the pool or sound and a short golf cart ride to the beach. Home is very well stocked with games, appliances, cleaning products, beach towels/bags, beach chairs, water toys, etc... the only thing you need to bring is extra toilet paper! Homeowner is available via text to answer any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Best place to stay in Navarre!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here!! The hosts were super friendly and informative. They were always available to us and made us feel like family. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect! This house has everything you need. Our kids range 1-18yrs and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Stocked kitchen, games, comfy beds and the no sand beach towels are perfect!! We were even able to do our laundry before heading out. The location is great as well. Steps to the sound, and a short golf cart ride over to the beach. We loved spending our nights in the hot tub, since the weather was a bit cooler during our stay. And coffee on the back porch in the warm sun was so relaxing! This is a beautiful home and the decor was so nice as well. They did a wonderful job decorating! Thank you for having these accommodations available to us. We are so grateful we found this place!! We wished we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to visit again!! Our first visit and our whole family fell in love with Navarre!

Amazing Home!

This home has everything you need to have an amazing time. The attention to detail in the home decor is beautiful and inviting. The beds were dreamy, amazing showers, the kitchen was so fun to cook in, the hot tub was wonderful, and the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and water. Everything in the listing is accurate and even better in person! I have rented homes up and down the coast of Florida for over 20 years, and this rental was by far the most enjoyable and beautiful. Jeannine was such a wonderful host, she was responsive and very helpful. I cant wait to come back for another visit!

Thanksgiving Week

We spend every Thanksgiving at Navarre Beach. Our house that we had booked had water damage and was cancelled 2 weeks prior to our planned trip. We were so thankful that we were able to stay at this property. It is in the canal and walking distance to the pier. The home was beautiful. Lots of toys for the kids, kayaks and paddle boards. The back yard patio area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

BAY BEAUTY

The house was new, beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, spacious, fully equipted kitchen, game cabinet, garage with kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, steps away from the bay & pool, minutes away from the ocean. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful.

Family Getaway

We had a great week! The property was perfect for us, we really enjoyed the sound with the kayaks and fishing. Everything was super clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved the location as well. Thanks again Jeannine!
