The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full pantry—ideal for preparing meals and snacks with ease. Also on the main floor is a convenient half bath and an en suite bedroom with two queen beds and a private balcony facing the Santa Rosa Sound.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite offers ultimate relaxation with a private Gulf-front balcony. Wake up to the soothing sounds of waves and unwind in the spa-like en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and double vanities. Your small pup is welcome with the owner's permission. A $200 per pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please note, dogs are NOT permitted on the Gulf beach.
